Owner and founder, Leïla is a Canadian-born Alberta resident whose knowledge and experience stems from studying and working in the IT and Financial sectors.

The name comes from the Banded Peak summit in Kananaskis, Alberta. The name is a symbolism of enjoying the journey while striving to reach the highest peaks.
