Standard Bookkeeping - $450/month

Best for: Small service businesses, contractors, real estate agents, and growing operations

  • Monthly transaction categorization (up to 200 transactions)
  • Reconciliation of up to 2 bank accounts
  • Reconciliation of up to 2 credit cards
  • Monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
  • Books maintained in Quickbooks Online
  • GST preparation support (ensuring transactions are coded correctly before filing)
  • Email support for bookkeeping and workflow questions

Advanced Bookkeeping - $650/month

Best for: Established small businesses with higher volume, multiple payment methods, or more complex workflows.

  • Monthly transaction categorization (up to 350 transactions)
  • Reconciliation of up to 3 bank accounts
  • Reconciliation of up to 3 credit cards
  • Monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
  • Books maintained in Quickbooks Online
  • GST filing and remittance support
  • Priority email support
